The DAIKIN FINETECH Yamato-Koizumi Plant, whose construction has been underway at 1119-13 Koizumi-cho, Yamatokoriyama City, Nara Prefecture, has been completed, and a completion ceremony was held on February 5, 2026.

 

As a core production base for fluororesin materials and processed fluororesin products for the semiconductor market, this plant will consolidate the production lines currently located at the Head Office / Nara Plant and the functions of the Osaka Hirano Plant, and is scheduled to begin full-scale operation in June 2026.

 

With the start-up of the new plant, production capacity is expected to increase to approximately 200% of the current level, further strengthening our stable supply system to meet growing demand in the future.

 

Key Features of the Yamato-Koizumi Plant

・Enhanced production capacity and safety through promotion of automation, including process automation and automatic conveying systems

・Significant improvement of in-plant logistics efficiency and productivity by optimizing layouts of traffic lines and equipment that connect all processes from receiving to shipping

 

２.Smart Factory Initiatives

・Automatic collection and visualization of equipment data (operating status, quality-related data, etc.)

・Establishment of remote monitoring and real-time condition monitoring systems to realize preventive maintenance and stable operation

 

３.Work Environment Designed for Comfort and Safety

・Promotion of decarbonization through the introduction of renewable energy technologies and energy-saving technologies

・Development of open spaces that encourage communication among employees

 

On the day of the completion ceremony, a Shinto ritual was conducted in the presence of related parties to pray for the safe operation of the plant and the future development of our business.
