History

1956	DAIKIN FINETECH, LTD. was established with a capital of 1,000,000 yen.
1958	Extrusion machines specific for fluoropolymer were imported. Technical guidance was provided by Daikin Industries, Ltd.
1960	We were ready for fluoropolymer coating to chemical equipment, molding and machining to manufacture various equipment parts, and extrusion molding to manufacture pipes and other products as a factory specializing in fluoropolymer processing. Accordingly, we put great emphasis on developing a variety of equipment as our unique products for our future strategies. We have enjoyed a high reputation as a manufacturer of equipment for semiconductors (pretreatment equipment and chemical treatment equipment).
1965	The capital was increased to 4,000,000 yen.
1966	Second Plant (Coating) was newly established was newly established.
1968	Third Plant (provided with Clean Room) was newly established. (Electronic Equipment Division) Manufacturing of equipment for semiconductors and others shifted into high gear. The capital was increased to 6,000,000 yen
1970	The capital was increased to 15,000,000 yen
1973	The capital was increased to 30,000,000 yen
1976	Tokyo Office was established.
1978	Kamikita Plant was newly established.
1986	(1) Molding Division and Electronic Equipment Division were relocated with the new establishment of Nara Plant. The Second Plant was renamed as Kamiminami Plant. (2) Sheet lining was started.
1988	Head Office and Kamiminami Plant were integrated into Nara Plant. Kamikita Plant was renamed as Osaka Plant.
1989	Manufacture of laminates was started.
1996	Osaka Hirano Plant was newly established.
1998	The capital was increased to 66,000,000 yen.
2001	Manufacture of lining sheets was started. Roto lining was introduced.
2002	All of our domestic business sites were certified with ISO14001.
2003	Osaka Hirano Plant for lamination was certified with ISO9001.
2004	ISO14001 certification was shifted to that integrated for Daikin Group.
2005	Osaka Office was established.
2006	All of our domestic business sites were certified with ISO 9001.
2008	Tokyo Office was relocated for expansion.
2010	Clean coating facility was introduced. East Japan Service Center was established. Taiwan Branch was established.
2011	Osaka Plant was integrated into Nara Headquarters Plant.
2013	Piezoelectric film and coating equipment was installed. New product “ZEN” for processing single wafer at high-temperature was released
2014	DU551 Super Heat-Resistant O-ring was released. PV recycling technology was established.
2015	Tokyo Branch was relocated and opened in Fuchu City. PV recycling technology (commissioned by NEDO) was developed.
2016	60th anniversary ceremony and event (in USJ) 0.5-inch small-diameter wafer cleaning equipment was developed.
2017	Construction of DUPRA production plant was completed. PCTFE antistatic (CNT added) conductive grade was released.
2019	Development of S-Form Module Standard Cleaning equipment with the world's smallest width was started. Low permeability sealing material was developed and released. Construction for expansion of the clean coating production line was started.
2023	Changed company name to DAIKIN FINETECH, LTD.
